Article 6 reads
"Clause 1:
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.14"
we are still paying on these to this day.
i propose that once our Government defaults on its debt to us via Social Security in a few years, we move to pass an ammendment...
"All property inside the territorial United States of America belong to the free men and women, natural or made citizen, and that no debts incurred by the state, or any corporation on behalf of the state are beholden to the men or women of the United States of America"
essentially, we default on all our loans to foreign powers, bring our troops home, and claim all our territorial holdings to the free people of the United States. Most people would become property owners via easement who were debtors before, and our military might would end our centuries of servitude to english common law and universal commercial code.
