Which is a winning strategy at this point?

1 converting delegates and stealing the GOP nomination?

2. a 3rd party run ? MSM isn't gonna give Paul any media attention without it unless he drops out

Bottom line is what is our winning Strategy now and when do we begin orginizing for it?
The nomination is not final until the delegates vote!
I am a delegate voting for Paul in fact our entire precinct was ALL Paul delegates
in a city of 400,000 in texas

I've heard some on this board say we can - effectively - steal the nomination. This is an idea which doesn't make sense for several reasons, not the least of which is that it would be the wrong thing to do to subvert the will of the majority of GOP voters. Do we really want to win like that?

Our message did not resonate strongly enough within the Fox News/GOP Axis of Evil. The GOP is addicted to the war on terror and deficit spending. Ron Paul's admonitions against the Iraq war and out of control spending fell on deaf ears. He was laughed at and ignored. Ridiculed.

Now it's time to win.

The message of Freedom is strong: most Americans want to keep more of the money they earn. They want us out of Iraq. They want someone in Washington who will tell us the truth and not shift with the political winds. If Ron goes LP/Constitution he will have a fierce and loyal following.

For media purposes, win a couple of primaries and use that to our advantage. Also try to convert as many delegates as possible for the Convention. We should also prepare a backup plan. Contact me at dergoreds@yahoo.com and I'll tell you my ideas, if you're interested. ;)

Ron Paul should decide what to do, no one else.

It absolutely makes sense to me!
The current way our system works is that casting your vote means absolutely nothing if you do not attend your cauccus/precinct meeting afterwards to elect delegates that will vote for your candidate.

The sheep will only change by SHOCK!
They have proven not to listen to reason and logic

I for 1 do not want to live with 4 years of socialism!
Mandatory ID
N. American Union
and who knows where the dollar will be
and not to mention 50% Taxes after they have to get the money for the new "MANDATORY HEALTH CARE"

Mccain does not represent the majority of the GOP
What i found out voting today is that True conservatives
are to DAMNED Conservative to even show up!
Mcain has hijacked the nomination so far !
If your not ready to do what is necessary to win Peacful POLITICAL REVOLUTION.
I hope your ready for REAL REVOLUTION!
at my polling location That was the talk that was being discussed
as the Democrats outnumbered Repubs by at leat 30 to 1

The overall consensus was the high turn out for Dems was only because they had a chance to vote for a black guy or a woman for Pres!

I talked to 50 or more Democrats and that is exacly what they said when asked why are you voting for them
To me that is sooooooo scary
