It was listed on the ballot and I have never heard that name before.. same with Hugh Cort. Apparently the are running for pres?

anyone know who they are? LOL, Just curious.

Giannibicego Hoa Tran is a doctor in the Houston area practising 'Oriental Medicine'. She does not have a website promoting her campaign that I've ever found.

Hugh Cort has like 0 or 1 vote everywhere expect one county where he has 15% in RP's district...

odd to say least... So keyes and cort decided to do 99.9% of their campaigning in one county??
