There are 265 delegates at stake today (March 4th). This represents 11.1% of the 2380 delegates to the RNC.

Here is the breakdown of how these delegates are bound:
137 bound for three ballots
17 bound for two ballots
17 bound until released
85 "morally bound", but not legally bound*
9 completely unbound

OHIO
88 delegates: 3 RNC, 54 CD, 31 AL
Non-RNC delegates "morally bound", but NOT legally bound
RNC delegates unbound

RHODE ISLAND
20 delegates: 3 RNC, 6 CD, 11 AL
Non-RNC delegates bound until released
RNC delegates unbound

TEXAS
140 delegates: 3 RNC, 96 CD, 41 AL
Non-RNC delegates bound for 3 ballots
RNC delegates unbound

VERMONT
17 delegats: 3 RNC, 3 CD, 11 AL
All delegates bound for 2 ballots


* My morals tell me that I should not vote for anyone who has proven themselves unwilling to support and defend the Constitution (the supreme law of the land) as their oath of office demands; how about yours?

You can change those bound statuses at state conventions.

How are those delegates selected per states? Can we sneak in some of our people for any of those states?

Texas, Ohio if they were willing to lie to another campaign, and I'm not sure about the other two, but I'll check it out.

Edit: Vermont yes, Rhode Island is the same as Ohio, except your name is on the ballot.

You can change those bound statuses at state conventions.

We should learn the rules for every state and try this wherever we can. I think a lot of Huckabee supporters and Republicans in general not only hate McCain, but are realizing more and more that he does not have a good chance of winning the general election. I would not be surprised if quite a few of Huckabee's delegates were willing to team up with us to do this in order to stop McCain.
