I think this is going to be the location unless there isn't enough room. I'll call them tomorrow and find out what the maximum number of persons they will allow us to have under a permit is.

I have emailed the special events office to find out what the maximum number of people is that can attend an event at the mall. I will let everyone know when I get an answer.
If you read the rules, you will see that there is alot of responsibility that comes with something like this and we will most likely need to create a "freedom rally" committee or something like that which will be the official permittee. For first amendment type gatherings, etc... there don't appear to be any fees associated but the permittee IS responsible for any damages to the park. Anyone who is interested, if they say we can do this, will need to be familiar with the regulations.
