I am not gun literate (I don't own guns, in other words), but I completely support the idea of having guns/2nd amendment...can anyone give me a link to why McCain is not a good candidate for pro-gun rights.

I have been debating this guy who says the (literally) ONLY reason he will vote for McCain is that he "won't take his guns away."

And I know this is bullshit, but I don't have information to back it up...any help?

BTW, I have been planning to get a gun, but have very little money...what is a low-priced gun that worthy of buying?

There's a thread on here somewhere about High-Point. They make very affordable guns and people seem to like them.

another option for a low-budget is a smaller .38. Rossi makes a nice revolver and can be found for about $300
