I compiled several ideas and links from here and mixed it together, then emailed it. Here is the response:
"Thank you for sending this information. I have looked it over and feel somewhat stupid. No democrat wants to stop the war. I am interested in how you think Mr. Paul can win in this election. Thank you for taking time to call your neighbors and talk politics."
The key is to get them to think by showing them Obama's war mongering foreign policy advisor:
Obama's foreign policy = same as Bush?
The media isn't mentioning that Obama's key foreign policy advisor is Zbigniew Brzezinski, who was Carter's foreign policy advisor and the reason for fear mongering against the Russians. Brzezinski is a member of the CFR, Bilderberg Group, and co-founder of the Trilateral Commission - all organizations that promote unelectable, unaccountable rulers in a one world government by destabilizing counties through wars, corporatism and economic meltdown.

After you've a primer on Brzezinski, listen to Obama talk about "change" - moving troops from Iraq to Pakistan in 2009.

If a government knows people will vote for less wars over more wars, then they also know they can always just run two candidates - one who is a total warmonger, and one who wants the wars the government/bankers/etc want. Guess who wins every time? The bankers and the military industrial complex.
Others are looking past Obama's stylistic orating and getting to the issues:

People voting for the lesser of two evils are the reason we've destroyed our political system. I do not vote for 'moved wars' or 'less wars' - I vote for 'no wars'. That's why I vote for Ron Paul.
