Excuse my ignorance, but did something happen yesterday?

I remember reading a week or so ago about Ron Paul and Hillary Clinton giving speeches at some place on the 28th. Did that ever happen?

Ron Paul canceled his attendance, I have no idea if Hillary Clinton went through with it.

I think the reasoning for Paul canceling was that it was not a given that it would air, only that they retained the right to air it. Because his priorities are to his constituents in his district, he made sure to perform his duties as a representative and vote during the alloted time.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

Ron Paul originally thought it was a debate, when he found out that it was just speech giving and that his speech would be hours after the other candidates he canceled.
