Texas Ballot Issue!

Controlling Government Growth:
http://www.co.collin.tx.us/elections/election_information/2008/030408/ballots/BS1.pdf

Every Governmental Body In Texas Should Be Required To Limit Any Annual Increase In Its Budget And Spending To The Combined Increase Of Population And Inflation Unless It First Gets Voter Approval To Exceed The Allowed Annual Growth Or In The Case Of An Official State Of Emergency.

- For.
- Against.

With the 'Combined Increase of Population' - MILLIONS of Illegal Immigrants, AND Inflation...

How is this a "LIMIT"?

What the heck is "Allowed Annual Growth"?

Seems to me this is a spun issue, with the ignorant voting incorrectly!

Notice the mention of "Martial Law"

By the way the 'Budget' is ABSOLUTE Bull Pie. The states have BILLIONS in Surplus!

I voted yesterday and these ballot issues were a no brainer except for mandatory National ID to vote which I'm against.
