As a Ron Paul Supporter?

I was surprised by the language used in this OATH, even for local offices...how many polititicians actually listen to these words?

I ___________ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter.

It gave me goosbumps to read this for the office I am running for...people can forget the "words" but they are with us always.....:)

I have uttered those words on multiple occasions, and meant them more every time I've said them. I will likely be speaking them again soon, when I run for another city office position... but that's next year. I'm already involved in too much stuff as it is.... I can't keep up with it.
