Here is what the campaign sent out today, I highly encourage all of those in Texas to read through this and send it out to their meetup groups as soon as possible. This is an update about what they've seen with the start of early voting and is crucial to read and figure out how to coordinate their ideas. Good luck!

Texas Early Voting is under way, and we can use it to Ron Paul's advantage.

In nearly every single state, we have been hammered by unexpectedly high voter turnouts. The problem is that we never knew why the voters were turning out, and we only had the day of the primary or caucus to react. But in Texas, where we are already seeing record turnout in Early Voting, we have a chance to figure out what is on voters' minds and do something about it.

You can help!

We are hearing why people are voting in such large numbers -- they are MAD AS HECK about what is going on! Simple as that. They don't know who they're going to vote for when they get to the polls. They just want something to change.

Our supporters have been talking to early voters about Ron Paul and what he stands for. And we've seen a dramatic effect: after those voters go into their polling place and cast their ballot, they come out and tell us that BECAUSE WE WERE THERE, they voted for Ron Paul. As many as 90% of the people are responding this way.

These angry, undecided voters will vote for the candidate whose supporters talk to them at the polls. If Ron Paul supporters like you go to the Early Voting polling places and talk with these voters, you can win their votes for Ron Paul.

We need to put a person on the ground at every voting place, every hour of the day.

This is a massive coordination effort, and only Ron Paul's army of patriots in Texas can mobilize to do it. Here's how:

1.) Find the Early Voting spots in your county. (Contact your local County Elections office or County Republican office or look up the locations on their websites.)

2.) Make sure that each Early Voting spot in your county is covered all day, every day.

3.) Report to our County Coordinator for your assignment.

We are asking for statewide cooperation from EVERY RON PAUL SUPPORTER in Texas!

Check in with your County Coordinator at http://voters.ronpaul2008.com

Who is your County Coordinator? If you are a Ron Paul Precinct Leader, you already know; if not, you can find out by signing up: http://voters.ronpaul2008.com
(be sure to insert the correct precinct # from your Voter Registration Card)

It's up to every single one of us to make sure our Early Voting locations are covered every day!

It isn't hard work--it's easy and effective. Wave Ron Paul signs and hand out literature to Early Voters. Talk to voters on the way in, talk to them on the way out. If they voted for Ron Paul, ask if they're willing to do just a little more, then hand them a flyer about being a delegate and coming to training.

With this massive turnout demanding a change, we've already won. We just have to show up and pick up the prize.

I promise you, it will be worth it!
