i don't think you're born with it usually, he probably practices. i heard that ron paul doesn't write his speeches or prepare for debates really he just tells it like it is.

There is a limit to what everyone can do in certain areas, speech is one of them, and I believe Ron Paul may be able to improve, but he doesn't have the charisma of Obama, and probably never will unless he really has never, ever, practiced.
