It came out Tuesday and I saw it for the first time last night.
This movies should be mandatory viewing, as is the documentary "Outlawed" which is included in the bonus features. If I can find a web copy of the documentary I'll add it to this thread.
Just posting as another reason why we need to continue the fight, even if Ron Paul does not become our next president.

whats it about?

An Egyptian American gets a 'wrong number call' from a terrorist while he is in South Africa and when he lands back in DC the feds put a black bag over his head and send him off to be tortured in another country.
The practice of Rendition has become standard operating procedure for the US GVT with possibly over 1000 victims so far.

The documentary linked above tells two real stories that the movie was partially based on.

This is the wrong way to win people over. Coolaid drinking neocon followers just tune this stuff out. You have to convince them in a logical sense with pointing out the history of our failed foreign policy and where it has led us.

Later on they will be more open to the truths presented in these films. I know because I was one of them.

slam, have them watch the Outlawed video, if they are still OK with the US torturing people, then they are probably beyond hope anyways.

By Duncan Gardham Security Correspondent
Last Updated: 2:04am GMT 25/02/2008

A fresh row erupted over the use of British air bases by US authorities as it emerged a plane used by the CIA has landed at an RAF airstrip in the past week.

A Gulfstream IV jet, identified by Amnesty International as a plane linked to the US intelligence agency, landed at RAF Northolt in west London.

The jet, registration N134BR, which flew from Morristown, New Jersey, to Britain, landed on Wednesday and returned on Friday. It was also seen at Luton airport in January...
