Huckabee is tied for 3rd. Paul is in a distant 4th with 8%. Please edit your post as it's misleading.

Didnt Romeny drop out?

If so this proves that system is rigged, it also proves the elites want

McCain vs Obama or McCain vs Hillary.

This makes me sick.

Almost all the ballots in WA are absentee (mail-in). These results are total BS, an McCain shouldn't have won. Our election system is so screwed, look up our 2004 Gubernatorial Election and you will see what I am talking about.

Is the washington primary binding or is the caucus the determining factor?

This primary is meaningless...the caucus was the real deal.

Again the conspiracy theorists abound- perhaps the better (and real) explanation is that, in addition to absentee ballots, we have a candidate that had to go home to fight for his congressional seat and there has been no press coverage or spending bythe campaign out here. Also, many people in the state of WA aren't religious zealots and won't vote for Huckabee so they vote for Romney- all the candidates were on the ballot- Guiliani, Thompson, Tancredo, etc. At my precinct there was a steady amount of people showing up and the democratic primary here was meaningless so many of the "independents" havebeen brain-washed into voting for McCain instead.

Again, another example of how 5% ofthe people in the forums actually know what they are talking about. 1/2 of the delegates were appointed in the caucus, half in the primary. The Dem primary was meaningless because all of their delegates were appointed in the caucus.

just for record dr paul speaks of election fraud in this recent conference call himself ... about 3/4 way in ... granted romney is explainable here but do not be pollyanna to a real problem notwithstanding MSM ignoring or not inviting to debates or even running a neocon against him in his congressional district even after he vowed to remain in republican party and not seek 3rd party ... many voters have become stockholm syndrome neocons in all this MSM theater on the tube
