Recently, Joe McQuaid, publisher of the Manchester Union Leader was on C-SPAN. He expressed some displeasure at the use of the terms "1st Tier" and
2nd Tier" by the MSM. He said that polls are only a snapshot in time and the NH primary will determine whose 1st Tier and 2nd Tier. That is, when real votes are counted. He also said that ALL candidates have an open invitation to meet with their editorial board.
