The Pre-Law Association will be welcoming Congressman Ron Paul to campus
this Wednesday, February 20 at 10:00 a.m. in the MERC 151 auditorium. He
will be speaking on the U.S. Government and Constitution, as well as on
current issues in the American political and legal systems.
Dr. Paul was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and served as a flight
surgeon in the U.S. Air Force during the 1960s. He moved to Brazoria
County, Texas in 1968, where he began his medical practice as an
obstetrician/gynecologist and delivered over 4,000 babies! Dr. Paul now
lives with his family in Surfside Beach, Texas and has represented the
14th Congressional District of Texas since 1997.
Everyone is invited to attend Dr. Paul's lecture, as well as the
Question and Answer session that will take place afterwards. We hope to
see you there!
