Isn't that awesome? Ron needs to realize that if he tells us to do something, he will receive the response. We are behind Ron 100% in this, because he is OUR president.

Well, the reason it worked so well, is because he never asked before. I think if he has been asking it would not be this good.

Well, he can't drop out now. Some of us have been giving, giving, giving and the funds are drying up. So daily donations suffer. But, when asked, we can each dig deep and find a bit of spare change.

Maybe the coolest graph I've ever seen. The troops rally around the general.

LoL! This is freakin awesome!

I just checked my email and read Ron's message and by the time I was done with it I was all fired up to donate the little I could. It just so happened that I had been to his congressional website earlier this afternoon and saw the ticker amount for the congressional campaign was up to around $370k at that. I clicked the link in his email to the website and I was like HOLY SH!T $740k!?!?!!!! Even the graphic tally was only labeled up to 650K!

Ron and everyone over at his congressional campaign must be as high as a kite right now. Hell I am!

If only we could do this for other candidates. I wonder how many names are on Ron's mailing list? 100,000? 250,000? 1 million?

If we could every month give $500,000 to one congressional candidate, we could really win some seats. If not for 2008 for sure by 2010.

I really think one of Ron Paul's sons should start a foundation after this election cycle. Ron Paul approved Republican foundation or something.

$840K ! He only wanted $650 !

I love it when Ron Paul modest requests get totally exceeded. I have NEVER seen so many fundraising goals exceeded.

This is so incredibly newsworthy, it's sickening.

He probably didn't think he needed to. As I read it, I got the impression that he wouldn't be asking for the help if he didn't need it.

He's spent a lot of time campaigning for president, as we've all wanted him to, probably at the expense of his congressional campaign. In my mind, he deserves the congressional seat for as long as he wants it. I hope his district feels the same. I'm encouraged by the amount of support.
