Child Abuse by the Government

As the mom of a young man with autism, this really disturbs me:

Freddie Wieder is my son and I have had custody over him every since,
something unspeakable happened to Freddie and the next day I am
severely hurt at work. It will be five years on April 1st 2008. This is
no april fools joke!!!!!

The court let me protect Freddie from his abuser, but would not order
him child support even though his mother made plenty of money. I had
Freddie 24/7 for a solid year. We were living on 2/3 of my salary because
that is what short term disability paid. If it was the other way around,
I would have to pay child support for him. So the government abused
Freddie by not ordering child support.

But it gets worse, I was married once before and in 1995 I had to do
a ten year audit over ten years worth of child support even though
my youngest had left home already in 1993. After the audit, everything
was fine and the Judge said no more court. I got married again and I
had Freddie five years later.

So two months after the accident I get a sopena to appear in court
for the case that got completed in 1995 with the audit. Eight years
had past. I was still not able to go anywhere and I was told that was
fine. The next thing I got was they were attaching my check and
had me paying child support on adult children. the youngest (25)
was married, in fact they all were. This was abuse on Freddie
again.

I called them and asked for my audit, they refused me. Then I had
to shellout some money for a lawyer. This is making Freddie suffer
more because of the lack of funds. The law says that Freddie is
entitled to not step down in social status because that is his right
by law. So his rights are being violated again.

They lied about court, and the papers and the audit and I told
then then to get the court records in 1995 and they said they
were destroyed. This abuses Freddie too.

So we kept praying to GOD and giving back to HIM with what we
had. We have $6,000,000 in judgments for what happened to
Freddie, but have never collected a dime. Then through a series
of small miracles that added up to be a big one. We became
finacially independent. Then last week was another big surprise
because I though I was getting credit for Freddie in my retirement
check. They gave us a call and said they had overlooked Freddie
and we were to receive a good monthly increase plus back to
where I started my retirement check.:)

The point being is the government did not care they were hurting
an innocent little child, Freddie. And yes they still are some because
I am paying an attorney big bucks monthly and they have not
straigthen out the mess they created, Plus they still do not care
about Freddie. The mess is government mess and the abuse
continues on Freddie, but it has been lessened a lot. There will
be more to come later in this government abuse of a child.
