I was so upset.:( I have never voted before. I'm 44, and with the exception of Ross Perot I have never wanted to. Now that I do, I find that I haven't got enough time to register here in Ohio for the March 4 primary. Is there ANY way I can vote in this election? Provisional ballot maybe? Help.
