Has anyone thought of this yet? Connie's web site had a great photo showing a tv on the side of the road...we should really encourage people to dump theirs.
It is funny, yesterday I was at a local optimist luncheon where the local student body went up against our organization's leadership in a quiz session. One question was, what percent of American households have a tv? Answer, 97%. We are feeding our children with ignorance and we are paying for it with our "views". My house has been TV free since birth and now, with a family of my own, I am so glad to look at our entertainment center, simple and TV free.
Please join me...3% of American is not enough to win the war on ignorance.
