Hey I am writing a research paper for school about how the constitution is being violated. I need books and sources to use as references for my paper. So far I have Freedom Under Fire by Ron Paul but that is about it. Does anyone know of any articles or other books I could use? I plan on publishing this paper in an article after its finished so all the help I can get will probably pay off.

Not a book, but a class:

Would this help at all?

Joseph Sobran wrote what I think is a good article about this.

New Views of the Constitution by John Taylor would be an excellent book to use to show how the federal convention outcome was a federal government with limited power instead of a national government with unlimited power

its a very heavy read and very dry but a great source

A Nation of Sheep by Judge Andrew Napolitano is supposed to be pretty good on that matter.
