Romney endorses McCain

"Romney released the 280 delegates he had won from their pledge to support him and urged them to back McCain, calling him a "true American hero" and saying the party needs to unify behind him."

Haven't heard about any of this on the MSM. So what would his endorsement imply and would Romney delegates back McCain? Or do they have McCain so much
that they wouldn't show up?

I wish there was a way to contact all of them. THe Romney supporters I know are not necessarily sold on McCain. They would be invaluable in a brokered convention. If they won't vote for Paul, they could force a 4th candidate choice. Somebody like Mark Sanford...maybe.
