Rachel was tapped to be Ron Paul's press secretary in the DC office! They got in touch with her, asked if she was interested and to pls send resume which she did, they interviewed, and presto chango - from YouTuber to Press Secretary! A star is born.

She must have taken all her vids down to head any conflict of interests off at the pass. Hopefully she'll check in and update soon.

Rachel is now the press secretary for Congressman Ron Paul in Washington, DC. In her last video she told about getting the position, stated it was nothing to do with the Presidential campaign and that she would be paid by the US government.

She also expressed concern about her Ron Paul campaign videos and how it might appear to be a conflict with her new job. So, I guess she took them off.

I think she's overreacting about the Hatch act- I don't think any of her videos were in violation.

Too bad, because her videos may have been more important to the campaign than doing a congressional staff job in DC.
