If you just go to www.downsizedc.org , they pretty much do the work for you. It sends you e-mails every day or two about important bills that are coming up for vote. It makes it very easy to contact all of your elected officials at once.

I use it, and respond to almost every e-mail they send me. They even write them message for you, but there is an optional section for you to add your personal comments. It works so easy and fast. You can write as much, or as little, as you want.
