It seems like the MSM is encouraging them to run?

He'll add RP after tomorrow night ... and then Ron will blast all the others right out of the water, as usual!

He's probably doing it this way so the other guys get at least a LITTLE support...

:D

No worries, kiddies!

GO RON GO!!!!

I e-mailed a response from here... E-mail Real Time (http://www.hbo.com/apps/submitinfo/contactus/submit.do?title=Real%20Time%20with%20Bill%20Maher&questiontype=realtimewithbillmaher), and here is what I wrote.

Ummm, I'm trying to figure out why Ron Paul isn't listed in your GoP POLL, while you have Fred Thompson and Newt Gingrich listed? I'm a long time fan of the show; I would appreciate it if you acknowledge your fan base and add a slot for Ron Paul, as he is the only candidate in my mind worth mentioning.

Who owns CNN? or MSNBC? ABC?

So ya think we have a "free press" eh? Check out who owns who, and who owns what you think.......

TIME-WARNER TBS - AOL (donated 1.6 million to GW's 2000 campaign)
TIME-WARNER Owns HBO

Yea, the MSM is bought and paid for, its blatantly obvious. They are merely propaganda arms for the two major party's.

Please don't send a bunch of angry emails to Bill Maher or HBO.
The poll states:
Of the Republicans listed, who do you think will get the GOP's nomination nod in '08?

So what if it doesn't mention Ron? How many people do you think are going to look at that poll when deciding who to choose for President, versus how many people are going to see Ron for the first time on his show this Friday.
There is no need to risk Pissing Off the few folks in the media that are actually helping spread the word about Ron.

While I was on the site I checked the schedule and Ron's name is not listed as a guest on the show that he's supposed to be on. Was the appearance called off, and if so, by who? Or is it just that they don't think his name in the schedule would attract any viewers.

"This Friday, Bill welcomes Ben Affleck, PJ O'Rourke, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), and via satellite, Michael Moore. Tune-in Friday night at 11pm ET/PT and stay around after the show for Overtime, our exclusive live web program.

Plus, missed last week's show? Catch the re-airs throughout the week, check the HBO Schedule for details. And, get all the highlights of the last episode in the episode guide."

I believe Bill sees Ron as not necessarily a Republican.. as they are currently evil :D ask him.. Ron is Bill Mahers new hero... he said it himself. Relax they know what they are doing.. its for the audience remember.. ;)

I just wrote the show and thanked them for having him on again. He is going to help get the Dem vote. Oh, the pickle the Dem nominees are in. Maher is putting the spotlight on a man who does not flip or flop and will never vote for this war and is not afraid who knows about it.

Which will all be a great help after RP has won the Republican nomination. Right now we really need to focus on that.

I don't know if mixing Michael Moore and Dr. Paul is such a good idea.... not that I'm against MM, but he just scares mainstream america a little too much to risk it IMO, but who knows

I just opened a Thread on Bill Maher's Forum - please check it out. This should show support for Bill Maher and Ron Paul by posting this way.

Of course not. My e-mail was very respectful, and I completely think sending an e-mail for Ron Paul is warrented being that the poll lists people who aren't even candidates!

Perhaps Maher is going to use it as a talking point, something like "We did a poll and it appears that <insert name here> is the guy you're going to need to beat."

Oh, no worries, I just found it funny. You know, you try and idea, some take and some don't! But that is the purpose of this forum, a pool of ideas and by popularity the right decisions should be reached.
