Not yet...the Repubs have walked out. Why? Because the Dems are wasting time going after Meiers and Bolton when there's an important terrorist surv bill which grants immunity to the telecom industry that will expire on Saturday...grrr.

Yup, Bush will invoke executive privilege and this will get tied up in the courts. Bill Clinton fired over 40 attorneys when he took office, why the big deal over something like this?

Why not last year? Two years ago?

This is what I don't get. It looks to me that they're all of sudden beating on the lame duck president to rack up some brownies point for their election.
