The cops need to be terminated and sued into pauperism. Oh and also then imprisoned for a racial hate crime. BUT....that said the news clip is in error the man is not a quad- he has the use of his arms.

How did the video come out? From the victim's lawyer? How did the police not know about it until the news showed them their own tape?

They should be taped all of the time, and it should be available for public consumption.

Yes the man IS quadropelgic - he has very limited use of his arms - all four limbs are affected.


Most of the police in Florida are like this - did you catch the other officer laughing at the sitaution as he stepped over this poor man???

Remember this is the same state where that poor kid was beat to death by several grown men while a nurse watched!
