Anyone have a comprehensive list of RP Republicans who are candidates in Texas?

There's only two running as Republicans that I know of so far: Kevin George (TX-04) and Ron Paul (TX-14). The other two are running third party (Libertarian and Constitution, respectively) so they will have their places on November's ballot: Mike Taylor (http://www.miketaylor08.us/index.htm) (TX-18) and Dan Zavorka (http://www.cptexas.org/zavorka.html) (TX-21). The two Republican candidates will have to win their primaries first.

Here's an overview of what Ron Paul candidates are up against in Texas.

Texas Republican Congressional Primaries - March 4, 2008

DISTRICT 4
Kevin George (http://kevingeorgeforcongress.org/home.htm) ($11,964 raised)
Ralph Moody Hall (http://www.ralphhallcongressman.com/) (Incumbent; $215,933 raised)
Gene Christensen (http://www.geneforcongress.com/) ($87,340 raised)
Joshua Kowert (http://www.kowertforcongress.com/) ($0 raised)
Kathy Seei (http://www.kathyseei.com/) ($54,487 raised)
George looks to be up against some stiff competition. Ralph Hall used to be a Democrat but in 2004 became a Republican. He's 84 years old but is still running for re-election. Christensen and Seei have also raised large sums. This will be a very tough win for Kevin George. Oh, and for what its worth, Gene Christensen has been endorsed by Chuck Norris.

DISTRICT 14
Ron Paul (http://www.ronpaulforcongress.com/) (Incumbent; $100,636 raised)
Chris Peden (http://www.chrispeden.org/) ($43,262 raised)
Ron Paul obviously has the money and is the incumbent, but we should probably not write off the candidacy of Peden completely. He is specifically running against Ron Paul and is trying to unite neo-cons against him by saying Peden is the true Republican. Chris Peden is running smear attacks against Ron Paul, even using his bid for president against him. But, if Ron Paul's presidential campaign has done anything, it probably has helped him secure his re-election to Congress.

Vader: Not Republicans (harder to convince someone to vote third party, ballot access laws etc), and the Constitution Party has a lot of evangelical baggage not all Ron Paul supporters are willing to throw their weight behind.
