I haven't seen much discussion on this topic. How many people are participating in the http://www.libertywarchest.com moneybomb tomorrow for our congressional candidates?

Valentines Day, show some love!

Also- just curious how people hadn't even heard about it.

Why don't you take your attitude elsewhere? Are you another wonktard troll like Redcard?

If you don't have anything better to do than poo-poo the positive work by good-hearted grassroots supporters, get the fuck off the board.

Just remember guys, never think for a second that you should balk at chipping in $5 or $10 to the cause. It's my opinion that the primary reason moneybombs succeed or fail is whether or not people believe that their small donation can make a difference.

Well let me tell you, for all our Ron Paul Republicans running...every single dollar counts, and when everyone understands this, the multiplier effect on the amount of donations can be staggering.

1 one person on here pulls the trigger and donates $10.00, and then 50 other people who view this thread also see it and decide to pull the trigger, your minimum is $500 --- and if half of them go $20---you're at $750. Maybe you have one big-show in there that is touched an drops $250?

RPForums has consistently demonstrated that when we motivate folks by giving them an honest candidate who authentically needs their help, we turn into a huge force for funding.

I've got a widget up like Dr. Paul http://www.joinsanders.com
Its motivating to see it go up so fast... I was just at 1200 a couple days ago.

We raised $400,000 for the blimp easily, we raise 4mil and 6mil each in a day for ron paul.. $300,000 should be doable.

I'm anxious about it.. because it could just as easily fail, it just depend on how excited people are about the prospect of getting me into congress.

The more we all put our heads together with getting involved with active politics, the better chance we stand of making a material difference.

Thanks for the post!

I also am planning to enter the big arena, but Priority #1 right now is to get into a top Law school. If I feel I have the time, I am considering a State Rep run while in school, to prepare for the Federal Rep position I hope to run for someday, hopefully by then "Republican" will have a meaning that I am proud of.

I'm planning on giving a little to each RPR running.

Seriously???? Fantastic again!!!

You alone know the path that suits you best, I'd humbly suggest blasting your LSAT's, getting top-rate grades in Law School...and considering the political arena when you're comfortable pledging 100% of your time to it.

Everyone's path to politics is different. We see that in our current Congress which spans the spectrum of J.D.'s to people with some college experience. Know that if you're in line with the Constitution and thereby Ron Paul's views on the role of government, there IS a base ready here to listen to your message and consider bringing the guns to bear.

I was wondering if we could have a permanent folder on Ron Paul Forums for our Liberty candidates seeking office since the posts tend to disappear into the later pages so quickly.

The best way to support them, besides donations, is to keep them prominent on these boards, which naturally would help secure more donations.

If there already is a folder, what is it?
