I'll be able to come if it is in June! would be great to have an International presence without looking as though we are interfering with US Elections.

Would prefer to be called an International, rather than an 'alien', thank you very much. LOL. In our own countries, we're not aliens.

Anyway, I'd love to go to the march. However, Canadians are now required by US regs to have a passport. To renew my expired Canadian passport would cost, with photos, more than $100. Don't have it. Ergo, can't travel to the US anymore.

NB. Since moving to Vancouver Island, I've itched to hop on the ferry to visit Washington state. Would especially have liked to help during the recent RP effort.

I personaly wouldn't travel to the US anymore as I'm not willing to provide my biometrical data to a foreign govt ... Sorry guys - I have to spend my travel-bucks somewhere else now ... But we in Europe are discussing the possibility to organise a march somewhere in Europe.

June 7, 1893 - Gandhi's first act of civil disobedience. This date would make most sense as it is important to all freedom fighters in the world and not only to the US as all the other dates suggested.

I have another thread asking the same question as I'm going from the UK. Not much interest here it seems but maybe later. Flights are cheap from the UK if its the 21st June - if I recall ~250 pounds return from Heathrow to Dulles with Virgin.

Canada is in... I have like 150 people from various Canadian Meetups who have already started raising the funds.

This picture should be subtitled as "John McCain standing in front of what once was called conservatism". :D
