Some have expressed some misgivings about the March and its effectiveness.

I was thinking that perhaps it could be spun a bit into a celebration rather than a political activist type of rally/march.

Sort of a giant celebration of liberty and the movement that Ron Paul has inspired: like a giant party for all that we have accomplished.

It may not get media attention. It may not generate numbers in the 100's of thousands. Then it again it may... but If we focus on the celebration of all that we have accomplished and the bright outlook for the future the numbers and external media attention may not matter too much.

We could focus on getting those we like to call "Ron Paul Republicans" to be the main speakers in addition to RP. It is these individuals that will be carrying the torch of liberty for the days and years to come.

Of course, any media attention and high numbers would be wonderful. And including music and other entertainment is essential as well. It needs to be a serious day, but also a fun day.

But if we paint it as a "Celebration of Liberty" as the main theme the political action aspect will take care of itself.

Maybe we can start a "Celebrate Liberty PAC" :)

Just some thoughts.

We will do it as Paul instructed. Paul would not have asked us to do this carelessly, you know he has thought it through and knows what the risks could be.

No floundering in fear of this gov, Listen folks, we do not want violence, we will march to Washington in support of Paul and his message.

Should the gov come down on the good people in this march, then THE time has come. Face it, it is coming any way. Let them know we are peaceful and wish it to stay that way. Should the elite chose another course, bring it on.

Paul would not have asked us to do this carelessly, you know he has thought it through and knows what the risks could be.
