From the sound of it, it looks like he didn't decide to respond, not that JP left him out (they might not have asked him, though). However, I doubt they'd like his answer anyway, regardless of how rational it would likely be.

The poll question itself is already loaded with the word "strategic ally" We all know that really means another launch pad for waging war. I wouldn't expect them to add RP to that list.
