Poor road conditions lead to Ron Paul win in Maryland, polls kept open indefinitely until McCain and Huckabee supporters hear the news and go vote.

:-)

Total BS, I know that's not the reason, but fun to speculate. Final %'s will be fun to see.

Hey Wells, I know we might be jumpin the gun about MD, but can u seriously deny Washington and Lousiana?

Wells

nope.. I believe we won those states :)

I just don't think that the reason behind the polls staying open later than scheduled has a thing to do with Dr Paul.. I sincerely believe it's weather related.. and if the 2008 primaries were like all the others since 1960 then it'd likely be different..

just my $0.02

Then why were the winners announced and we've seen no vote counts for Maryland?

Well the polls just closed so counting won't be done in 5 minutes so who knows where the media got numbers most likely made it up.

The media chooses the candidates.
The media chooses what to cover.
The media reports the winners regardless of the ballots.

We need to sue the MSN and ask them how it is they can know the votes before they are counted.

Called the winner before they counted the first vote? Spooky.

No not spooky, fixed. Knew it when they decided to extend voting time for an extra 90 minutes that this was going to be a fixed election here in MD.

according to the county by county on CNNs website, about 5 % of three counties are in and 10% of another so far. CRAZY to call it already, although the dick is way ahead.

At least they dont choose the state or national delegates :). Also Truman was declared the loser by the media against Dewy, and he made them eat crow the next day. The media feels like they have to make the news nowadays.

Check out my post here with pics (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?p=1255701). Where Faux Noise calls Maryland for Obama with
less than 1% reporting and they even show Clinton with more VOTES! :)
