Even though they were reluctant to endorse the good doctor, who do you think would be interested in showing up and promoting the March? Once we have a date, we should start making celebrities aware of this as well to get some star power going...

I get the feeling Jon Stewart really doesn't like anything Ron Paul stands for - he just made that one comment on admiring him for his integrity, but apart from that...

I was just thinking... if we turn this into a major CONCERT event, people are going to say that the turnout was just for the bands, not Ron Paul.

I don't think we need to confuse people, ya know?

DO NOT forget Teller. =) He may be silent on stage, but he's just as much a Libertarian as Penn.

Yeah... I was just going to say that. We're putting together a political rally/march, not a hard rock concert of mostly anti-government freaks. :p

Don't forget about Gary Johnson (ex Governor of New Mexico). He has already endorsed Ron Paul for President. I will get our Meet-Up group to solicit him.

Speaking of Stewart, what about inviting Stephen Colbert? Of course, he would apply a lot of his trademark satire, which not everyone can handle. But even if he wouldn't go, he is certain to attract attention.

How about that one?

We could also get Kane from WWE; he was in New Hampshire during the primaries and personally escorted Ron Paul out of the building. Here's an idea...

We proved that we can raise millions of dollars. We can easily be able to pick up huge acts with our powerful grassroots. What do you guys think about an idea like this with a diversified cast of musical talents. We should definitely bring in some Ron Paul bands that have been here all the way and also bring in huge acts that have supported Paul as headliners such as John Mayer and Foo Fighters.

The way this lineup is perfect because it translates a distinct fusion of different musical interests and enough for any musical fan to get enough interest of their respective genres.

The idea here is that these bands can really bring in tons of people and make our movement much bigger. Once people here Dr. Paul's message which will resonate with a broad base of musical supporters it can really make the message more powerful then ever.

This NEEDS to be bigger then a Ron Paul March it needs to translate into a real movement and to bring in people who have never heard of him. Music is a universal language and this is probably the best way we can capture what our generation has missed and was vital in the 60s'. We can forever change the face of our music/political schematics if we show that their is still a voice left!

I think that's wrong because there one in the same. The 60s' revolutions...music was a vital factor.

The fact is that we can get a huge turnout for music acts and create this MUCH bigger then a Ron Paul rally. Just think how many people at a record-breaking number can hear Ron Paul speak with this type of turnout.

The thing is the music acts need to be diversified and not one type of sound just look at my Coachella flyer for an example, but have some sort of direction and purpose.

Metallica once did a song called "Don't Tread on Me", which I think has a pretty good message about how wars should be run.

"Never begins it. Never, but once engaged, never surrenders, showing the face of rage" or something along those lines. It's one of my favorite songs :)
