It is an eight page document explaining the abuse and fraud by the Secretary of State, Philander Knox concerning the ratification of the 16th Amendment (the income tax amendment) and the present case of U.S. vs Benson, litigating in the 7th Circuit.

The attorney for the defendant, Bill Benson is Jeff Dickstein. Jeff is requesting help from the Ron Paul Revolution. Please read the paper and let’s discuss how we can assist.

The attorney, Jeff Dickstein, has been working on this case for the past three years and has done so for free.

The district court, this case is before, is abusing our first amendment right to express an opinion on a political issue. If the government prevails here, it can be presumed the government can issue an injunction against a person like Ron Paul for "falsely"(sic) telling people there is something wrong with the Federal Reserve.

This is pure tyranny. And Mr. Dickstein and Mr. Benson are risking life, liberty and property to uphold and defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights against these domestic aggressors.
