Image us swarming on Washington 100,000 strong all waving our copies of the manifesto! The book is released on 4/30, a Wednesday. If we show up on the following Saturday, May 3rd, we'll all have our copies in hand.

If we show up with a bunch of signs and nothing more, its more of the same. If we show up waiving our message, a message that people can pick up at their local bookstore, just imagine the possibilities!

EDIT- Extremely sorry, I had the date wrong before editing!

I was thinking the same. I don't want to wait til June! Let's March in March!

Actually, April 19 is a Saturday and is the anniversary of FDR announcing our move away from the Gold Standard.

Perhaps that's the perfect date!

April 15th sounds like a better date! Stand up against the Income Tax

You don't get it! We have many, many student supporters. Let's make it so that everyone who wants to has a chance to participate. Your wants do not out weigh the need to make this event huge and well organized. We need the maximum amount of people to be able to participate.

We can still all bring the book! What an awesome sight that would be!

How about after the revolutionmarch.com gains a 25,000 subscribers, or whatever desired number, there is a vote.

Not everyone will finish reading the book one week after its released. Also this book will give people time to read and spread the message about it. On Constitution Day (6/21/08), it'll be like fire with the gasoline.

Plus, I would like to take a tour in DC with my kids with historic moment in their life. We're from California.

Not only that, a lot of people like myself may have pre-ordered on Amazon and the time it takes to ship us our books may be over a week. So to be sure, allow at least 2 weeks.

I definitely agree the event should be post-book.

Dr. Paul himself imagined the event taking place 3-4 months from now. April 15, for all its great symbolic value, is not nearly enough time to get the massive numbers of people we need. Plus, if we wait until his book is out, the event kills two birds with one stone: we let the country know about Ron Paul's message, and we let them know about his explosive book!

Yeah, that's true. Also when finished reading it, have someone borrow it or you can give it away if you have an extra one.
