Same question is asked here:
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=118905
with the option to vote for both dates if you don't have a preference.
A new poll will exclude the overnight voters.

I sort of added a theme name for 6/21 that I hope will take off.

The Constitution Revolution March on DC.

I am not voting in another poll until we figure out how the permits work. this is all speculation not based on what is actually possible.

I recommend Father's day as well...just another thought. A march in honor of our founding fathers...

This would be nice to find out. But why can't we just charge DC?

you can not ask for a permit without a date. Bradley in DC should help us on this.

Tax Day, April 15. Cherry trees in full bloom? Or a bit early? Either way, tax day protest would send a message.

Then again, as some have said, we could wait until summer and hopefully we would have rebate checks in hand. Meetup groups could all organize bus groups to make it cheap to get out there.

way to early and kids will still be in college classes

we also need a PLACE to rally at

The 21st is winning again!

That is a great date. I would gives us time to fine tune this event. This is going to be HUGE!

There need to be more options on this poll, I'd rather it be sooner than June. We need a poll that asks the question, what date would you be most likely able to attend.

It doesn't have to be on a historic date of a previous event. We can define a new date for the history books and I think we should.

True, but if this is going to take like 3 months to only decide on a date we are screwed. We need to narrow it down very, very soon.

We already had polls with all other dates and June had vastly more support behind it.

These dates mean nothing to the people we are trying to reach. April 15th, Tax Day, now that's something they can relate to.

I'm a big fan of June 21. There's enough time to prepare. It will be warm. It's a good symbolic date.

Someone please put the hammer down on this. Solidify the date THIS WEEK so we can all stop navel-gazing about it. It's time to start planning!

and you think the average american is going to "get it" because it's on april 15th? it won't mean anything to them. have it april 15th....the numbers as far as support won't be there because of school for college kids and the younger ones. the point is to make this a success and have the majority of our ppl out in full force to show the media we do exsist. I think the ppl that want the march during the school year should go and march on those days and look like idiots. the rest of us will be heading to DC in June with our kids in tow and probably more fam members to add to the march...we'll be doing this without you.:D

I'm still for Memorial Day weekend. I'll be there either way, but if it's on a 3 day weekend, several of my friends will be going as well.

****The message or underlying theme means NOTHING WITHOUT NUMBERS****

Besides... the Manifesto should be the theme. We need the media to report on the manifesto so people have a means to find out WHY we are marching!

The day the Constitution was ratified is good and all, but aren't we forgetting another symbolic day that comes shortly after?

July 4th, anyone?

Sure it may be more difficult, but it's likely to be the most effective too. Just my two debased cents.
