once a full list of criteria is determined, then start looking for a date that matches.

We must meet all of this for a date if we want a great turnout.

Sometime in June seems like a sweet spot. School is out and plenty of time to promote and save up.

I suggest it is planed for after we get those checks so people have no excuse not to come. We have a lot of young people with very little money and this could be a deciding factor. Hell it may be a factor for me if I come alone or bring my family..

Does this matter to anyone else?

Might want to poll if it matters? May just be me?
