Just had to post about this.
It's seriously as easy as shooting fish in a barrel.
Ok, the facts:
1. We knew that Romney was going to sweep Utah.
2. He did
3. Romney is no longer in the running
4. Ron Paul WILL be on the ticket come election day, one way or another
So, the way I see it, all we have to do from now until November is slowly but surely convert people over to RP.
So I figured I'd give it a try with some of my pro-Romney friends:
"Hey, so who are you going to support in the election now that Romney's out?"
*shrugs*
"Hilary? Obama?"
Ew/Nah/*shrug*
"McCain?"
*more of the same*
"Well, there's a candidate that I've been looking into, his name's Ron Paul and he's Pro-Life, Pro-Family, Pro-Personal Freedom, take a look at his views and see if they align with yours. www.ronpaul2008.com is a good place to start"
So far the responses have all been positive. Granted they've ranged from mild:
"I like what I see about him, I'd probably vote for him"
to extreme:
"Dude, this guy's awesome! Why haven't I heard more about him?!"
but so far 100% success rate. (meaning 5 people, lol.)
So, like I said, fish in a barrel.
Let's start spreading the word. All it takes is for us to tell someone, "hey, if you like what he says let your friends and family know"
