To those who are saying that donations to ronpaulracing are a waste of money, or "could be better spent":

We only need 4k people to donate $20 each. Even if you think this is a longshot, gamble, low ROI, etc... it's only $20 out of your wallet. That's like 5 lattes at Starbucks or a few gallons of gas these days.

And it is not *wasted* because those 4k people were probably not going to be donating that money anyway. This project has a real goal, real potential, and that is why people *may* be willing to support it. You are looking at things in an "opportunity cost" fashion, assuming there is only a finite amount of potential donations to all causes, and we must pick and choose between them as a group. THIS IS A FLAWED ASSESSMENT. We don't have a global fund. Instead we are all individuals and make our own choices, and that choice will often be to KEEP OUR MONEY. So it is senseless to denigrate projects and discourage potential donors, because they may just decide NOT TO DONATE TO ANY PROJECT AT ALL.

SO PLEASE STOP SPOUTING THIS NEGATIVE ENERGY.

Unless you have personally started a project that you feel is "more worthy" or you are personally using that $20 to donate to another project that you feel is "more worthy", then please consider donating to this one.

And if you don't donate, then please keep your mouth shut and avoid discouraging those who DO like this idea and wish to support it. And that request/advice goes out for every other grassroots project out there as well.

Thank-you.

note: I am not affiliated with this project in any way. Just voicing my opinion, and wishing the naysayers would STFU!!
