We stopped doing the best thing we had going...
It was one of the few things that actually got us news. The buzz created a huge amount of internet traffic surrounding money bombs. It was evident throughout the Ron Paul community. If we lost super tuesday and set a new money bomb record we would be in the news.
I think killing the big money bombs will go down as one of our worst grassroots ideas.
The problem was that after we had one, the next one wouldn't be for 5 weeks. That's WAY too long to let donations dry up.
I was never against moneybombs, I was against them being so far apart.
And how did we kill them? We have one in 7 days.

Untill ron defuses the last letter on the website and starts talking to the supporters again nothing is going to get us very far.

We didn't stop. In fact, the last one was just a week and a half ago.
You can't just give a date and expect $6M . . . it takes people actually giving $6M.
We're still doing pretty well with the fund raising. Not good enough, but I, for one, am broke.

Donations are drying up fast. We are averaging way below normal if you look at the totals for the last three days. That message at HQ really shut things down.
