This week's show (02/10/08) depicts a hysterical story of what happens when an over-bearing local city council in Texas decides to ban trans-fats in order to protect people.

Hank Hill goes on a crusade of civil disobedience for the right of folks to eat whatever unhealthy food they so choose. It's a great satire of society and a scathing indictment of nanny-statism and it's worth a good laugh. It also shows how prohibition of lifestyle choices creates unintended consequences. With special appearances by Abe Lincoln, George Washington and Tom Landry.
