awww... must be nice to be wearing tshirts and no jackets.... (said as I dread going to feed the kitties in the -21 windchill)

Peden had his thing in the same building at the same time. RP's room overflowed, so he had to speak again outside briefly. Then there was a photo op and people stuck around for a long time. People came form as far away as DALLAS and DENTON, they chartered buses and drove all the way down to the district. That alone amazes me!!!

Peden had about 100 people (MAX, could have been less) in a room. They were mostly older people and young kids. The young adult crowd did not seem to be present when I peeked in the window. Young adults were all over the RP rally, as were older people and kids, men and women, etc as usual. Their room had a huge window that took up one whole wall and looked onto the steps and plaza where the RP people were doing a photo op and hanging out. There is NO WAY they missed out on the RP revolution and crowds. They saw.

Supporters from far away were allowed to line up and have priority taking pics, I am from the district and have already met Ron, so peeps like me hung back and everyone else lined up. It was really really nice

Everyone was polite, enthusiastic and well behaved, as they always are. RP supporters are really a wonderful group!!

I got lost on my way to the convention center and was tooling along some back country roads. At every major intersection there were collections of RP signs. And I am also pleased to report that on lawns and at the entrances to farms in the middle of the sticks, there were also HUGE signs every couple of properties!! I saw 2 Peden signs at intersections next to RP signs.

This won't be an easy fight to win over Peden, I don't want anyone to get cocky, phone calls must be made, donate, etc. But I think we can win. RP is beloved here.

Yep, thats him. He likes their singing.:p

And he had a blast playing with all the children. It was non-stop fun!! I just let Capn.'Parker play with the kids while I went around meeting folks.

Hey Mike, how come you didn't tell me you were going, moron!? I made the trip too. I sold about 150 of the rEVOLution shirts that are in your pics that have Ron Paul President on the back. Been selling them at cost for $5 just to get as many out there as possible. Let me know if you want me to set one aside for you and what size. Going to take about 1,000 shirts to the rally in Austin on the 23rd. You going to be in town then?

My daughter and son-in-law were there-- so exciting, she got a picture with Carol and met so many supporters and Paul family members. There was music and food -- She said that Dr. Paul gave his speech inside, but there were so many people outside that he gave it again outside for them. :-)

OOPs... I can't believe that you were there!!! The only reason i made this Rally is because LJ was almost on my route. I picked up a load in Louisiana and dropping off in Corpus. And the timing was perfect. And yes -- x-large , and I will try to make it... I am going home after i drop this load off. I may take off through the 23rd.

Nice to see the fire of the revolution is still burning hot in Texas... thanks for the pictures. It's now a balmy 1 degree now in IL, minus 20 with windchill...
