Washington was roughly 3rd highest in donations, texas about 2nd. California was first, but they were told he dropped out.

Didn't New Hampshire have the highest donations per-capita? That didn't seem to be such a great indicator.

Texas is a primary. Primaries favor the stupidity of the masses.

Texas is second just because of the # of people there.
