Well, it's possible that either that area is extremely dense in people or that area was the only one to fully finish, with the other counties all reporting, but not fully completed.

Stevens county is not densely populated. Only 40,000.

Let's hope so, because the state wide is reporting 78% and he's in 3rd right now.
