With 37% of precincts reporting Other is the projected winner of the Washington Primary. When questioned about about this embarrassing defeat, Senator "More Wars" McCain said not to worry because the people of Washington weren't given enough time to watch enough TV to realize that he has been designed the Republican nominee. McCain added, "the people voting in future caucuses and primaries will have enough time to watch TV, so that they don't make the same mistake the people of Washington have."
However, presidential candidate Other had a differing opinion, "the people of Washington have spoken and their message is clear: they're sick of politics as usual, and they want a real change, not a Barack Obama Change." When asked if he thought that a Washington victory would be a spring board to a late rally, Other declined, "actually most of these people thought they were voting for Ron Paul. The media frequently puts him in the other category and gives him the gray slice of the pie chart, so it's not surprising that many voters think they need to vote Other to vote for Ron Paul."
