There is one great benefit of the Ron Paul campaign that doesn't get addressed enough. We now know who are ideological enemies are.

"Conservative" talk radio. Limbaugh, Hannity, Ingraham, Levin, and Elder are the big ones. Since the 80's an 90's, all they did was preach about the Constitution, limited gov't, low taxes, cutting spending, the evil of the liberals and the Democrats, the virtues of the free-market. And when given a candidate with a perfect constitutional voting record, what did they do. Ignore, distort, smear and degrade. And for what end. In order to promote big government conservatives/Republicans like Thompson, Giuliani, Romney and the rest.

Faux news. When Ron Paul opposed Clinton policies in the 90's they had him on. As soon as he runs for President; a complete blackout. Attempted setups in debates, etc.

"The Free-Market" establishment. Cato . Cato was worse. Their scholars go on TV and either fail to mention RP or state that they disagree with him. The most libertarian Congressman in 50 to 100 yrs.!!!.

Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell. Two supposed free-market economists. Williams probably mentioned Ron Paul once in one of his columns. And Sowell went out of his way to pretend he didn't exist.
