The caucus in Gray Co was an interesting experience. When they got it under way the rep said we only have one registered speaker. I'm sitting there thinking one...ONE that is ME!!!!! I wasn't nervous until I realized that I was the only registered speaker with 10 minutes. I was shaking like a leaf through most of the speech. But I had alot of people come up to me afterwards and tell me I did a good job. We had a total of 3 people get up for Ron including myself and 2 for the huckster. The voting went as follows:

huckster - 75
keyes - 2
Ron Paul - 12
romney - 1
mccain - 9

My mom said the huckster won in Grant co also but mccain beat us there.

Congrats Jodi! What is your assessment of the Huckabee vote. Do you think it was pro-Huck or anti-McCain that just gravitated to Huck?

Thanks for standing up. Even though you were nervous I am absolutely certain your speech made a difference. Ron Paul may not have done nearly as well without your voice. I was in 3rd district, and we had eloquent speakers who the audience really connected with. Even so, I don't know if we will win the vote in Kansas, however we behaved respectfully, and people really enjoyed the message. Ron Paul supporters are awesome, and I think this will work to carry our issues in to future elections.
