Assuming that we arn't going 3rd party...because we're not.

The campaign has nothing they CAN do. Meanwhile, Paul is 72, he's losing his congressional seat, and he needs to win that if he wants to remain in politics.

McCain restructured his staff in NOVEMBER. BEFORE half the delegates were out. Before ANY of the delegates were out.

Restructuring now when it's all but mathematically impossible to win.. come now. Stop being dense.

He's in TX to protect his congressional seat, soooo if our shot at getting the Gop nom fails, he still has his TX job. SEE why TX is important to this nation!

We STILL fight on to the Whitehouse for the Republican GOP nomination:p

I can tell you, as a resident of the 14th Congressional District, that Ron Paul is going to win the primary. It won't be as easy as before, but Paul's opponent has, at most, probably several thousand

Ron has at least 10 times that

His district will be secured March 4th, if not earlier. DNC isn't likely to run a candidate against an anti-war Republican, and they arn't likely to fund anyone that tries to.

Incumbents are hard to unseat, especially if they're in a party-leaning district. 14th is a Republican-leaning district.

So don't stay awake at night worrying about us.

No, they actually believe that, if they are conservatives coming from another candidate like Mitt. Conservatives by nature don't like to admit that the beliefs they once held could be wrong. Also, coservatives tend to rally behind their president when Dems attack, which makes seeing his mistakes so much harder.

Took me along time to realize that the war in Iraq was a no-win situation

Ok then. How do we help them see the light. (I was never a hard-core conservative, so I like the perspective to do that)

Well, i think that once Barack O. wins in November, and withdraws the troops, i think then alot of conservatives will finally be able to see that the King (GwB) really wasnt wearing any clothes.

I mean, will the neo-cons actually try to campaign in 2012 on a platform of RETURNING to Iraq?! I dont think so. I think that they will go back to the 90's stance of no Nation-building, like in Bosnia and Somalia. I really think that support of this War is based in the fact that it was started by "our" guy (according to Republicans).

Obama won't withdraw troops. No way. They will glaze over it with terms like "scale down" and "no more offensive operations" or whatever. Remember we have an embassy now that is the size of the Vatican. Not to mention all of our air bases. Obama is a neo-con by the way.
