I've been keeping my eye on district 42 in case more votes were counted and Romney wins... but this is what I need help understanding; Since Wednesday the total has said 100% (with McCain narrowly beating Romney by less than 100 votes), but sometime in the past few hours McCain is now winning with more than 100 votes. My question is, if the site has said 100% but the votes continue to change, where are these votes coming from?

McC was winning by .1% in dist 42, it is now by .2%.

There are at least 830,000 ballots remaining to be counted in California - about 10% of the number of ballots cast.
